At Public Support, you use your talents to truly help organizations move forward. Whether you work as a secretary, project secretary, communications advisor, or remote assistant: you bring structure, peace of mind, and energy where it is needed most. You are never alone — you are part of a close-knit community of professionals who strengthen, inspire, and help each other grow.

Together we make a difference. Every single day.

Working through Public Support means choosing a combination of security, variety, and meaningful work. You will join an organization specialized in support within the public and private sectors. This means you might work at ministries, municipalities, healthcare institutions, and social organizations where your talent has a real impact.

You are never alone: you are part of a professional community of hundreds of support professionals who strengthen one another. We regularly organize knowledge sessions, peer reviews, and training, so you can always consult with fellow professionals who share the same passion for the field. This way, you keep learning, keep growing, and always have a group of people behind you who understand what you do.

At Public Support, we believe that excellent support starts with people who continue to learn, discover, and develop. That is why your growth is central to us. From the moment you start, we look at your talents and ambitions together. What do you want to become stronger in? Which direction suits you — organization, project support, communications, or remote work?

We offer a development environment that goes beyond just attending training courses. You gain access to a wide range of education, coaching programs, peer reviews, and knowledge sessions that align with the daily practice of secretaries, project secretaries, communications professionals, and remote assistants. This allows you to continuously work on your skills, self-confidence, and professional growth.

In addition, you benefit from a large network of specialized trainers and coaches within our field. They know the work and the practical challenges, ensuring you always receive guidance that is truly relevant. Whether you want to take the next step, deepen your role, or develop a broad range of skills: we stand beside you, think along with you, and help you choose a direction that fits your talent.

As a support professional at Public Support, you work in places where structure, oversight, and people-oriented support are indispensable. Think of project teams that need extra capacity, executive boards that want to be unburdened, or organizations looking to strengthen their communications. Our field of activity lies primarily within the public sector, allowing you to contribute to matters of social importance.

Depending on your role, you will work on diverse assignments:

  • As a secretary, you support teams, plan ahead, and ensure peace of mind and oversight.
  • As a project secretary, you bring structure to projects, monitor deadlines, and support project managers.
  • As a communications advisor, you help organizations communicate clearly and effectively with their target groups.
  • As a remote assistant, you support teams entirely remotely, with digital tools as your greatest strength.

This diversity of assignments ensures that you develop your skills quickly and that your work remains meaningful day in and day out.

At Public Support, the application process is all about you

You first get to know us through an introductory meeting with one of our talent managers. Together, you explore which role best aligns with your personality, talents, and ambitions. They will become your permanent supervisor once you start and will remain your sparring partner and point of support throughout your employment.
