When do we collect your personal data?
We do this from the moment you enter or leave your details on our website. We also do this if you register yourself or are registered in another way to use our services.
We may also collect data from you if you post it on public platforms and it shows that you are interested in work-related services. In that case, we will ask you if you would like to register with us. We do this on the basis of our terms and conditions and in compliance with this privacy statement. Not interested? Then we can process relevant data of yours to honor your wish not to be approached by us.
Why do we collect your personal data?
For the execution of our HR services. Think of mediation, temporary employment, secondment, Recruitment & Selection, personal development and employability, payroll administration, and personnel management. Your personal data is processed to:
- make offers or inform you about our services and activities. With your data, we can better tailor this offer to your wishes and qualities. We only approach you if you have registered for this (opt-in). This can be automated or via an employee. We will then approach you for commercial offers, newsletters, and promotional campaigns that may be of interest to you;
- assess your suitability and availability for permanent or temporary work or an assignment. In doing so, we may use test results, reference checks, social media (if this is relevant to the position and indicated in the vacancy text), etc.;
- enter into and maintain an employee or personnel mediation relationship with you and carry out relevant administration for this;
- fulfill our reintegration obligations and comply with the government-imposed goal of helping people with a (greater) distance to the labor market find work;
- be able to record an assignment with a client in an agreement and to maintain and fulfill it;
- promote your personal development and employability through training courses, education, and tests;
- achieve management goals such as management information, providing internal controls, corporate safety, and carrying out audits and accounting controls;
- meet quality purposes such as certification;
- apply for subsidies and premium discounts and the like;
- comply with laws and regulations after we have entered into an employee or personnel mediation relationship with you. This applies, among other things, to identification, labor legislation, tax and social security legislation, combating fraud, and national and international sanctions legislation.
